The E-Scorpion is an electric walk-behind beach cleaner and is suitable to clean beaches where conventional tractors and beach cleaners cannot operate or where access is very limited; underneath piers, around beach amusements, furniture and golf course bunkers.
The E-Scorpion elevates the sand onto a vibrating screen that separates broken glass, plastic, cigarette ends, bottle tops, stones etc into the hopper whilst returning the sand back onto the beach giving effective and quiet beach cleaning and is lightweight and manoeuvrable.
The E-Scorpion is powered by a HONDA GXE2.0H 2kW class brushless DC motor, Integrated type, quick charging compact lithium-ion battery with run time up to 2 hours with high flotation rubber tires that provide excellent traction in sand but will not harm grass or paved surfaces. It comes with a battery charger, 2 x batteries and 3 interchangeable sieves (5mm, 8mm and 12mm).
It can clean up to 1,700-4,000 square metres per hour. The hopper capacity is 25 litres and will clean to a depth of 12cm. It has a cleaning width of 97cm. The entire frame is hot dipped galvanised for corrosion resistance.
